What does a 20+ piece order mean here?
Thread & Form offers private wholesale quotations for existing-design orders of 20 pieces or more. This is a separate quotation route: do not multiply the displayed US$69.90 price or extend a small-order promotion to predict your bulk price. The final selection, availability and terms need confirmation. Start with the wholesale ordering overview if you are comparing a first piece with a larger purchase.
How do you choose a range for your shop?
Give each proposed style a reason to be included: a core colour, a character motif, a floral option or a deliberate accent. Compare a few designs with your shop assortment and your own customer feedback. The featured nine-style catalogue is a starting selection, not a bestseller ranking or a promise of sales. If you have no sales evidence yet, inspect a focused selection before expanding into many designs.
What belongs in the quantity breakdown?
Use one row per style code and record the purchased quantity you want for that design. Leave undecided quantities blank in the worksheet, then check that your requested purchased total reaches 20 before asking for this quotation route. Keep any requested bonus styles separate. You can propose multiple designs; mixed-style availability and the final breakdown are confirmed in the quote. Do not assume that 20 pieces can be split in any combination without review.
When does custom work require a different brief?
A request to change a design, colour, logo or packaging needs a custom review. Custom rope-knit starts at 200 pieces per design, per colour, rather than a combined 200 spread across a collection. Describe each design and colour separately. Logo and packaging-box customisation are supported; methods, contents, charges and sample approval must be agreed. The logo and packaging brief helps you list these requirements.
How should you compare the complete quotation?
Compare confirmed merchandise quantities and prices, packaging, shipping arrangements, payment terms and any destination charges that apply. Free shipping starts at a merchandise subtotal of US$100 after discounts and any eligible coupon; below that, shipping is quoted. Small-order quantity offers do not set the private wholesale price, and share coupons cannot be combined with quantity or free-bag offers. Confirm which terms apply to your actual quotation rather than assuming they stack.
How do you plan a realistic arrival date?
State your requested arrival date and delivery country, city and postal code. Existing designs dispatch within 3 business days after order confirmation; transport takes additional time. Ask which shipping service, destination arrangements and transport estimate apply. Custom sampling and production have a separately agreed schedule. Do not publish a launch date based only on the existing-design dispatch period.
What should be agreed before a repeat order?
Keep the accepted sample, style codes, specifications and packaging version with your first order record. For a repeat purchase, ask for current availability, pricing and confirmation of any changes. Use your own sell-through and customer feedback to adjust the assortment; the website does not identify which of your designs have sold well. The sample review checklist provides a consistent product record.
What should you send with the enquiry?
Share the completed style quantities, your shop or business details, delivery destination and any deadline or unconfirmed requirement. The website form accepts your quotation request and returns a reference number; it does not take payment or confirm an order. A saved reference is useful for follow-up, but the selected products, complete total and written terms still need to be agreed before purchase.
