Start with a small, specific selection
An existing-design order at Thread & Form can start with one piece. Begin with the styles you want to inspect, rather than assuming the whole catalogue is available immediately. Record the style code for every choice and ask for current photographs and availability. For an order of 20 pieces or more, request private wholesale pricing with your quantity breakdown.
Use the product page as a buying reference
Check the image label before relying on a display picture. Some images are AI-enhanced; other references are supplied photographs. Ask for the exact bag’s measurements, weight, material composition, lining, closure, handle drop and packaging. A physical sample is useful when colour, texture or construction will affect your buying decision.
Compare the complete order cost
The displayed existing-design price is US$69.90 per bag. The published offers are 20% off for 2, 30% off for 3, 40% off for 4, or buy 5 and receive 5 bonus bags. Confirm the gift styles with your order. Other quantities and custom work are quoted individually. Compare the order total, shipping, packaging and any destination charges when planning your resale price; a displayed price is not a prediction of your profit.
Check shipping after the chosen offer
Free shipping starts at a merchandise subtotal of US$100 after discounts and any eligible coupon. If the subtotal is lower, shipping is quoted separately. A share-reward coupon cannot be stacked with quantity discounts or free-bag offers. Include your delivery country, city and postal code so the quotation can confirm the applicable destination and shipping arrangements.
Separate dispatch from delivery
Existing-design dispatch is within 3 business days after order confirmation. This is the time before the order leaves, not a promise that it arrives within 3 days. Ask for the shipping service and estimated transport time to your destination. Custom projects need their own sampling and production schedule.
Send a quotation request that can be reviewed
Include style codes, quantity per design, shop platform and the delivery destination. Mention whether this is a first order, a proposed replenishment or a custom project. The online enquiry form saves a reference number; it does not create a paid order. Confirm availability, specifications, total cost, payment and the written order terms before proceeding.
Check the rules of your selling channel
Your selling platform may have requirements about sourcing, original design, production partners and product photography. Review those requirements before listing. For Etsy in particular, read the current Creativity Standards and assess your own role and item; a wholesale purchase alone does not establish listing eligibility.
