Enquiry information
When you submit a product question, the website saves your name, email, selected product, question and any shop name you provide. When you request a quotation, it also saves your shop platform, order details, delivery location and any custom brief you provide so the business can review and respond to your request. Do not include payment card details or passwords. A reference number is returned after a successful save. The design shortlist is stored on your device and can be cleared in the enquiry drawer. No business analytics or marketing scripts have been added.
Share rewards
If you claim a share reward, the website saves your email, unique code, random share identifier, your sharing confirmation method and the time of your claim. Earlier campaign records may include a hashed request network address. New share claims have no per-email or daily campaign quota. The website does not read your contacts or social accounts. A code can be linked to your enquiry to reserve it. Your saved coupon list, claiming email and random retry key are saved on this device where available. You can remove the device copy in the reward dialog. Sharing a link does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Business details pending final review
The legal business identity and privacy contact, retention period, service providers, applicable rights and hosting platform processing must be confirmed before public customer launch. This policy remains a draft for owner review.
